어쩌면 The Calling의 "Whenever you will go"의 가사 내용처럼 아델 헬로 가사 또한 찌질함의 극치를 달리고 있지 모른다. 하지만 아델이지 않은가? 아델이 부르면 모든 것이 명품으로 바뀐다. 옛날 애인을 못잊어서 찌질한 것이 아니라 그냥 사랑의 아픔을 노래한 슬픈 노래인 것이다.

롤링 인 더 딥은 케이팝스타에서 박지민이 "rolling in the deep"을 불러 큰 화제가 되었다. 본선 2라운드 랭킹 오디션에서 박지민은 이 노래를 불러 보아를 소리치게 했다. 그 당시 15살 여중생이라고 믿기지 않을 표정과 동작에 감성을 잘 녹여냈고 정말 소름끼치게 잘 불렀다. 

헬로 뮤비는 조회수 2770만건으로 테일러 스위프트가 기록한 2010만건을 깼다고 한다. 누적 조회수까지 따라잡을 추세다. 아델 Hello 아직까지 그렇게 좋은줄 모르겠다. 롤링 인 더 딥만큼 아직까지는 감동이 오지 않는다. 사람들은 도대체 어디에서 아델 노래에 열광하는 것일까?

3번을 듣고 나니 그녀의 노래가 귀에 익는다. "I am sorry"부터 애절한 사랑의 아픔이 느껴진다.
